Methodology
-
We provide training courses in groups, but with a strong personal touch. Participants often experience similar challenges, but the background and solution differs for each person. The intake, hands-on approach, involvement of our trainers and our Online Learning Platform are experienced by participants as unique. Inspiration, insight, growth and personal development are key.
-
We believe in learning by doing. Theory and practical assignments alternate. You can contribute and work out your own case studies. Depending on the training course, different working methods are used, such as discussions, simulations and role playing.
-
Most definitely! According to previous participants, this is one of the strongest parts of our approach. We make sure the training course matches your learning objectives. Prior to the training course, you’ll fill out an intake or we schedule a phone call. Based on this intake and your learning objectives, we determine your personal goals, which the trainer then incorporates into the program.
-
After attending a training course, YEARTH Academy offers a unique support program. Through our Online Learning Platform you get access to in-depth materials and assignments that help you put into practice everything that you’ve learned. Our Learning Consultants will be happy to tell you more about it.
