We are looking for freelance trainers who have proven themselves in the field, in addition to having a solid educational background. Trainers who are both capable of and committed to making a difference, and who stand out by passionately sharing their knowledge. As a trainer, you are an expert in your own field. We are currently seeking freelance trainers in the areas of Leadership, Project Management, HRM, Communication, and Sales.

We expect the following from our independent trainer:

• A completed college or university education, preferably complemented by a relevant trainer training.
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) with independently training sessions in one or more of the listed areas of expertise.
• Experience in conducting open training programs, in which the trainer is responsible for professional delivery of the training.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, suitable for independently designing and conducting training sessions.
• A professional and proactive attitude, with a focus on quality, the participant experience, and results.
• Businesses in line with the DBA Act.
