Merijn is a sleep scientist, sleep therapist and expert by experience. He wrote several treatment books for psychologists and therapists about insomnia. He also published the book‘Sleeping Like a Primal Man‘. This book provides answers to the questions of why we sleep, sleep badly and what we can learn from our distant ancestors.
