By public transportation

From Amsterdam Central Station

Take tram 16 in the direction of VU Medical Center. Get off, at the Emmastraat stop, on De Lairresestraat. Walk back a bit and turn right at the first street: Emmastraat. Follow this street and cross a small bridge. Hilton Amsterdam is on your left. Take tram 5 towards Amstelveen Bhof, or tram 24 towards Stadionplein. Get off at Apollolaan stop on Beethovenstraat, on a small bridge. Cross (right) the crosswalk and continue walking in that direction. You are now on Apollolaan; continue walking for ± 400 meters. Cross the crosswalk. Hilton Amsterdam is on your right.

From Schiphol Airport

Take a train in the direction of Groningen, Lelystad or Utrecht. Get off at Zuid station. From station Zuid take tram 5 in the direction of Central Station. Get off at the Apollolaan stop on Beethovenstraat, on a little bridge. Walk back ± 10 meters, cross the tram rails at the crosswalk. You are now on Apollolaan, walk ± 400 meters. Cross the crosswalk and Hilton Amsterdam is on your right.
