Who is YEARTH Academy?
YEARTH Academy develops High Impact Training Programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. YEARTH Academy is located at Gooimeer 9, 1411 DD Naarden, the Netherlands. Our contact details are provided below.
Who is the Data Controller?
YEARTH B.V. is responsible for the processing of your personal data and acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data is processed?
YEARTH Academy processes personal data of (former) participants, individuals who request information via the website, or those who place an reservation. This may include contact details as well as information related to participation in a training program. Providing personal data is never mandatory; however, use of the YEARTH Academy website, access to content, and requests for information may depend on providing certain information.
A large part of our website can be used without providing personal data. For certain parts of the website, the digital YEARTH learning environment, and our app, it is necessary for YEARTH Academy to process your personal data. YEARTH Academy processes personal data you provide in the following situations:

Consumers using our services (e.g., training participants, users of the digital learning environment or app, or newsletter subscribers):
- Personal data, such as first and last name, date of birth, address, billing address, email address, phone number, education level, and job title.
- Contact and payment details, training name, preferred start date, preferred locations, attendance, intake information, feedback/evaluation, and results.
For what purposes is your data processed?
YEARTH Academy processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Enrollment or reservation requests for a training program.
- Requests for brochures.
- Requests for contact via email or telephone.
- Newsletter subscriptions
- Participation in training programs.
- Registration for the digital YEARTH learning environment.
- Registration for our app.

Third Parties
YEARTH Academy will not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of our services to you. Personal contact is important to us; therefore, you will be in direct contact with your trainer. To facilitate this, trainers have access to your contact details in order to support you during the training program where necessary.
YEARTH Academy acts as the data controller of your personal information, and our trainers act as data processors. Pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, processing carried out by a processor must be governed by a data processing agreement. All trainers have signed such agreements to protect your personal data and safeguard your privacy.
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Additionally, your data is protected against misuse and unauthorized access using current standard security measures.
In some cases, your personal data may be shared internally. Our employees are required to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Data Retention
Protecting your privacy is important to both you and us. Personal data is not retained longer than necessary. The retention period depends on the purpose for which the data was collected and is determined based on your development path and learning needs. You will retain access to your personal learning environment and may continue learning online.
