The average group size of a training course is 8 to 10 participants. This provides a safe setting for practicing and feedback, with enough momentum for realistic real-life scenarios.

Each training course has a thought through structure with theory, practical assignments, reflection and interaction. You’ll work on case studies, practice with realistic situations and receive personal feedback. On the training page you can see the exact daily program.

Yes, catering is available at all of our training courses. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day and we provide a full lunch. This allows you to fully focus on the training course.

Yes, during the training course you’ll receive practical tools, assignments and reflective questions that will help you apply what you’ve learned in your daily work and communication. You’ll also get a year’s access to the YEARTH Online Learning Platform. Here you will find in-depth articles, assignments and tools that tie in with your training course.
