You do not need any specific knowledge prior to participating in these training courses.

You’ll be more confident standing in front of the group, work with more structure and interaction, and know how to guide participants through their learning process in a professional way. You’ll increase your impact as a trainer and be able to design training courses that really make a difference.

You’ll learn how to put together a training program, how to get participants involved, and how to deal with different learning styles and group dynamics. The average group size of a training course is 8 to 10 participants. This provides a safe setting for practicing and feedback, with enough momentum for realistic real-life scenarios.

Each training course has a variable structure with some theory, lots of practical assignments, reflection, and interaction. You will practice regularly in the role of trainer and receive immediate feedback. The exact program can be found on the training page.

Yes, catering is available at all of our training courses. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day and we provide a full lunch. This allows you to fully focus on the training course.

Yes, during the training course you’ll get practical tools, working methods, and reflective assignments that’ll help you to further develop your skills as a trainer, even after you’ve completed the course. You’ll also get a year’s access to the YEARTH Online Learning Platform. Here you’ll find in-depth articles, assignments, and tools that tie in with your training course.
