The training program clearly demonstrated how significant the role of underlying currents is in communication and how becoming aware of them deepens conversations. You quickly realize how much of an impact this insight has, because it helps you better understand situations and respond more effectively.

In this training program, I discovered just how much my nonverbal communication actually reveals during conversations. By actively paying attention to this, I gained much more insight into how I come across and what I unconsciously convey. That made the training program surprisingly thought-provoking.I experienced it as an interesting and educational experience that helps me communicate much more mindfully. Both in my personal life and at work.

I experienced this training as clear and supportive, and it provided me with useful tools. The trainer was to the point. The combination of useful tools and clear explanations gave me structure and confidence.

The group dynamic at this training course was nice; everyone connected well. I was taken out of my comfort zone, which I found difficult at first, but that was actually very instructive. Highly recommended!

The combination of theory, practice and peer review ensured that I learned an enormous amount in two days and could apply everything immediately. To others I would simply day: definitely do it, it is worth it.

The trainer is very good at her job and gets the information across well. There was plenty of room to ask questions and to work on things yourself. The only downside was that we were given so much information that it might have been nicer for me to have the 4 day program.
I also really liked the fact that I was in a group with people who had very different jobs.
The location of the course was very nice and the food and beverage was excellent.

In this training program, I became much more aware of how to interact with someone and how my way of communicating plays a role in that. I would tell others that it is a valuable experience that really makes you think about how you interact with people. As a next step in my development, I would like to further explore the technical part of my profession in particular.

The explanation of effective communication was clear and useful, especially because we could immediately apply it to real-life cases. That made the insights concrete and applicable. The training program provides much clarity about communication and offers tools that you can use immediately. The trainer was also very involved, which made the learning experience even stronger.

The tools I received were the most valuable to me, because I could apply them directly to my work. The exercises during the training days were perfectly in line, and the repetition ensured that everything really stuck. This approach makes the training program particularly effective and practical.

The training program felt remarkably interactive and accessible. The trainer was able to clearly articulate the key points, which made me much more aware of my own behavior and communication. I would tell others that it is really worth experiencing for yourself how much insight you gain here. For my further development I want to learn to respond better to what is happening in the moment and act accordingly.

What particularly touched me was becoming aware of both my verbal and nonverbal communication, and the practical tips for dwelling on how I come across in conversations. To others I would tell that it is an impactful training course with a lot of personal attention.
