  • Move from internal assumptions to facts and conscious choices.
  • Reflect on your own reflexes and consciously choose a different response.
  • Formulating personal learning goals and action points for the upcoming period.

Day 2

  • Emotional intelligence as the foundation for meaningful interactions and stronger relationships.
  • EQ in action through empathic listening, empathy, and genuine connection.
  • Stimulating growth and development with a coaching leadership style.
  • Consciously using coaching styles and tailoring them to the situation and person.
  • Applying a collaborative coaching style by listening, exploring, and determining direction together.
  • Conducting difficult conversations in a constructive manner.
  • Reviewing the GAP analysis.
  • Formulating personal learning goals and action points for the upcoming period.

Day 4

  • From vision to implementation with OGSM as a tool for results-oriented leadership.
  • Strategic management without resorting to micromanagement.
  • Strengthening and anchoring ownership within your team.
  • Final assignment: High Impact Hot Seat.
  • Reflection on your development and next steps as a leader.
  • Evaluation of the training and drawing up a personal, practice-oriented action plan.

5:00 PM End of training course

Your training course in 3 steps

  • Prior to the training course, we ask you to complete an online intake form. If you prefer to discuss your personal learning objectives in more detail, we’ll be more than happy to schedule a one-on-one intake call. Based on your learning objectives, background, and focus areas, we’ll match you with a training group with similar professionals. This way, the training will be tailored to your situation and learning objectives.

  • The four-day training course ‘High Impact Leadership’ is spread over four months. Each training day combines inspiration, theory, and practice. You alternate between plenary sessions and assigments in subgroups. This way, you will not only learn from the trainer, but also from each other.

    At the end of each training day, you discuss with the trainer whether you have achieved your learning objectives. You agree on the assignments you will carry out in the intervening period and where the focus will lie for the next training day. Your training course ends with a personal evaluation.
