  • Insight into the degree of diversity and inclusion and your role as a manager.
  • Perception and the influence of origin, gender, and background on collaboration.

  • Creating trust by steering and connecting to the undercurrent within your team.
  • Strengthening support for diversity and your role as a culture bearer.
  • Formulating personal learning goals and action points for the upcoming period.

Day 2

  • Essential characteristics of inclusive leadership.

  • Applying nonviolent communication in a diverse work environment.

  • Strengthening psychological safety within your team.
  • Evaluation of the training and drawing up a personal, practice-oriented action plan.

  • The three-day training course ‘Inclusive Leadership‘ consists of three intensive training days. Each day offers a varied combination of inspiring theory, practical assignments, and moments of reflection that can be directly applied in your work.

    Between training days, you apply what you have learned in your daily work. During the next training day, you will share experiences, successes, and insights. Your training course ends with a personal evaluation and a clear plan of action to anchor your development.
