The three-day training course ‘Inclusive Leadership‘ consists of three intensive training days. Each day offers a varied combination of inspiring theory, practical assignments, and moments of reflection that can be directly applied in your work.

Between training days, you apply what you have learned in your daily work. During the next training day, you will share experiences, successes, and insights. Your training course ends with a personal evaluation and a clear plan of action to anchor your development.
