I found the theory behind informal leadership and the resulting methods/models that are practically applicable very valuable. The diversity of the group and mutual exchange that trainer did well to encourage. Great! I found the training course good and it gave me many insights that I can use in a concrete way. It was also refreshing because of the experiences of other students.

I found the openness in the group and thinking with each other very valuable. There was a lot of room for tips and reflection. A training course in which openness is central and everyone is really invited to contribute.
