  • The six-day training course ‘The Starting Manager’ is given spread over six months. The training days are a powerful mix of inspiration, content and practical case studies. You alternate between plenary sessions and assignments in subgroups. This way, you will not only learn from the trainer, but also from each other.

    Between training days, you apply what you have learned in your daily work. During the following training days, you discuss your experiences, insights, challenges, and results with the trainer and your group. This way, you create lasting change in behavior and mindset throughout and after the training course . Your training course ends with a personal evaluation and a clear plan of action to anchor your development.
